A honeybee stays busy pollinating the flowers of a lavender plant. Honeybees play an important role in the life of many plants and provide delicious honey that humans use as a sweetener. In many parts of the world they are facing trouble from declining ecosystems, disease, pesticides, and dwindling food sources. I have been creating art for 20+ years in Southern Indiana using graphite pencils, colored pencils, acrylic paint, and watercolor. A large majority of my artwork depicts nature. I do not think that an artist needs to constrain his/herself to only one style of art or medium type.
